Our consultation services are provided at a competitive hourly rate of $200.00, billed in 30-minute increments. A minimum purchase of 2 hours is required for new clients. Our services are available during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, from 9:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Pacific time. Additional services rendered outside these hours or on holidays will incur an additional fee.

It's important to note that while we stand behind the quality of our services, we do not offer warranties on hourly work. Our team will provide expert recommendations on the effort required to implement a solution or address technical issues. We encourage open communication with our clients to ensure their expectations are met.
